How can you create an effective working environment in challenging financial times?

- The fear and inactivity generated by the so called acknowledgment critical situation, along with prophecy of a depression, be able to have a crippling result about to happen in which businesses operate.
- If leaders are infected by the typical weather of gloom, this attitude can seep into all over the whole organization, which in turn collision on the company's capability to profitably ride out the rough times.
