Pegine Echevarria,a well-known motivational speaker, media personality and author visited Jacksonville in June to deliver her first speech in 14 years. She has been included into the Motivational Speakers Hall of Fame,which consists of around 58 inductees.She has written the book titled "Sometimes You Need to Kick Your Own Butt. " She has appeared on several Television channels including CNN, MSNBC, ABC, NBC and CBS.

The lively and enjoyable seminar titles "Play Big" revealed the 5 bad behaviors that can hurt your standing amongst your co-workers and your company.the presentation also included strategies to transform one into an inspirational leader and efficient employee.The event also included exercises in order to give practice in fighting all the bad behaviours and also to become a competent team member.

The full day seminar was held from 8 a.m-4 p.m at the Courtyard by Marriott in Orange Park.
