Get Outdoors and feel better Immediately

The one thing that has saved my mental health is time outdoors in nature.  Research now tells us just 20 minutes outside will drastically improve your mental, physical and emotional health.  And who doesn’t want that?  Life is not meant to be lived indoors.  Here is an interview I did with Michael Hintringer.  He has been my photographer for all of my career.  And not only is he an award winning photographer,  he and his wife Suzanne are avid hikers and bikers.  And I hear he’s quite the chef too.  Here is what Michael has to say about the benefits of being in nature.  Find out more about Michael’s work at www.michaelhintringer.com
